an apartment of vantages

mumbai, india.

120 sq. m.

designed around flexibility and visual continuity, this apartment creates a quiet openness across its living spaces; while tucking away utilities and private areas to preserve calm and clarity.

at the heart of the plan, a central bookshelf becomes a soft anchor—shaping movement, adapting to changing functions, and encouraging casual interactions. cross ventilation and wide windows on all sides allow for light and breeze to travel freely, bringing a sense of expansiveness to each room.

the living areas remain open and interconnected, while the bedrooms are gently set aside to offer privacy. with three open sides, every space holds its own vantage; framing the outside in subtle, shifting ways.
