Our friends at Hatti & Giraffe needed some custom tools for making their amazing (both in taste and design) mithai and namkeens.
we examined their production line together to understand the bottlenecks and where to increase efficiency both in terms of time and quality.
we developed stencils for making their namkeens; thalepeeth and nipattu crackers, allowing us to get precise thicknesses and cut sizes required for them to bake to perfection. this not only increased efficiency but also reduced fatigue while working due to its ergonomics.
we also created custom jigs to ease the packaging with use of holders, funnel, and even to apply the sticker on perfectly aligned.
